1. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation of Course Enrollment is allowed within 3 days of purchase (i.e., the day you complete your payment). If you decide to cancel your enrollment within this period, you may receive a full refund as per our policy.
  • After the 3 day cancellation window, no cancellations will be accepted, and access to the course material will continue as per the terms of the purchase.

2. Refund Policy

  • Refund Eligibility: You are eligible for a full refund if you request one within 3 days of purchasing the course. To request a refund, please contact us at NLPNEUROMANTRAA@GMAIL.COM with your order details. Refund requests must include:
    • Your order number
    • The reason for your refund request
    • A brief explanation of why you are not satisfied with the course
  • Refund Process:
    • Once we receive your refund request, we will review the request and process the refund if it meets our criteria.
    • Refunds will be processed within 15 business days from the date the refund request is approved.
    • Refunds will be made to the original payment method. Please note that the processing time for refunds may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Non-Refundable Situations:
    • Refunds are not available for:
      • Requests made after the 3 days refund window.
      • Accessed or completed courses beyond the satisfaction period.
      • Issues arising from internet connectivity, device incompatibility, or technical problems on the user’s end.
      • Course materials that have been downloaded or shared by the user.

3. Course Accessibility After Cancellation/Refund

  • If you receive a refund or cancel your enrollment, access to the course materials will be immediately revoked.
  • We may ask you to delete any course content you have downloaded or accessed.

4. Refunds for Unavailability of Course

In the unlikely event that a course becomes unavailable due to technical issues, website downtime, or any unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you promptly and offer:

  • A full refund for the course price.
  • Or, if you prefer, the option to transfer your enrollment to another course available on our platform.
